Dismissal order can remain valid despite non-supply of inquiry report

The Supreme Court recently observed that an inquiry report is part and parcel of natural justice and must be furnished to the delinquent employee. However, failure to do so would not automatically result in quashing a dismissal order or it being declared null and void.
