Huang Wei

Introduction

Huang Wei is a managing partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm. He also serves as the deputy director and general secretary at the All China Lawyers Association’s anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition professional committee and an arbitrator for the China International Economic & Trade Association. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in practising antitrust and competition law, having represented many landmark cases, including the “3Q war”, JD v Alibaba, Apple v Qualcomm, and Didi v Uber. Huang has long been widely recognised as a leading antitrust practitioner in China and has been ranked as a band 1 lawyer in antitrust/competition by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, China Law and Practice, and Legalband for almost 10 consecutive years.
