Zhao Jiming

Introduction

Zhao Jiming, Senior Partner at W&H Law Firm, serves as Director of its National Corporate Law Committee. He previously chaired the Corporate Law Committee and the M&A Restructuring Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association. Currently, he is an expert committee member for the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s litigation supervision cases; a council member of the Commercial Law Research Society of the China Law Society; and an arbitrator at institutions including Hainan International Arbitration Court. He is also a visiting professor and supervisor at several universities, and has authored legal publications such as The Principles and Lawyer Practices of Shareholder Representative Litigation and The Game Between Shareholders’ Right to Information and Corporate Interests.
