Wang Lingqin

Introduction

Wang Lingqin graduated from Nanjing University with a master’s degree of laws. In 2020, Wang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner, and before that had worked for 10 years as a senior partner in a well-known law firm in Jiangsu province.

Wang specialises in construction and real estate, banking and finance, and bankruptcy and bankruptcy restructuring. He has been deeply devoted to the field of construction engineering and real estate. He has successively provided legal services for many famous real estate enterprises such as Greenland Group, China Resources Land, Huafa Group, Blue Ray Real Estate, Jingrui Real Estate, and Hong Kong Jiahua Group, dealing with many large, complex construction projects and real estate disputes. He is also familiar with the processes of land primary development, land acquisition, engineering construction and real estate sales, along with his rich practice experience.

In the field of banking and finance, Wang has provided legal services to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of Jiangsu, Postal Savings Bank of China, Zhongrong International Trust and other financial institutions, and dealt with a large number of financial dispute resolution cases.

In the bankruptcy and restructuring practice, Wang has participated in the bankruptcy reorganisation case of Jiangsu Hualuntianyi Clothing; the bankruptcy case of Nanjing Jinhui Industrial; the bankruptcy case of Nanjing Changheng Industrial; the bankruptcy case of Wuxi Jiasheng Land; and some other complicated cases.

In 2017, Wang was awarded “The Best civil and commercial litigation lawyer of the year” by the Nanjing Lawyers Association.
