Rocky Ji

Introduction

Rocky Ji is a partner at East & Concord Partners, and the managing partner of its Beijing office, as well as head of the firm’s dispute resolution department.

Ji is listed as an arbitrator with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission; Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration; China (Shenzhen) Securities and Futures Arbitration Centre; ad Chongqing Arbitration Commission. He is the neutral of APEC Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Service; and the specialist mediator appointed by Singapore International Mediation Centre.

Ji serves as a member of the Rule of Law Committee of Beijing Municipal Committee of China Democratic League; and supervisor of the Beijing Foreign-related Rule of Law Research Institute. He also serves the lawyer community: He is a Deputy Director of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association; a member of the Council of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association; and Director of the International Exchanges and Co-operation Committee.

Ji specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation. He has represented many Fortune Global 500 companies across a wide range of industries including PE/CV, mechanical and engineering, electronics, and automobiles.

He actively practises in CIETAC, SHIAC, BAC, SCIA, ICC, HKIAC, and SIAC arbitration cases.
