Li Yifan

Introduction

Li Yifan is the co-founder of Lingshi Law Firm, with over 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property (IP) law.

Prior to founding Lingshi, Li served at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and practised at several top-tier law firms in China, handling over 500 IP-related legal matters. Li specialises in IP litigation, focusing on patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and unfair competition.
