Introduction
Zhou Sheng holds a Bachelor of Law from China University of Political Science and Law and an MBA from Peking University. He is currently the managing partner of Zhongzhou Law Firm in Beijing and serves as a member of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association. Previously, he held positions as deputy director of both the Real Estate Professional Committee and the Land Law Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
In addition to his professional practice, Zhou is a master’s supervisor at the National Accounting Institute and an adjunct researcher at the MPA Education Center and the Center for Complex Case Studies at the China University of Political Science and Law. He is also a visiting professor at the Lawyer Academy of Renmin University of China and a master’s degree supervisor in a limited capacity for the law program at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
Since the start of his legal career, Zhou has been recognised for his exceptional expertise and extensive practical experience, receiving accolades such as Beijing Outstanding Lawyer and Top 10 Real Estate Lawyers in Beijing.
Zhou is dedicated to combining legal theory with practice. His publications include Foreign Investment Real Estate Legal Practice (editor), Real Estate Investment and Development Legal Practice (editor), Basic Practices for Lawyers in Real Estate Business (co-editor), and Identification and Disposal of Idle Land (co-editor). He has also co-edited and co-written works such as Guidelines for Handling Land Legal Affairs and Judicial Ruling Rules for State-Owned Land Use Rights Contract Disputes.
Zhou maintains a client-centric approach, focusing on service quality and earning widespread trust and praise.
