Introduction

Justin Chen, founding partner of PacGate Law Group, has practiced for over 10 years in the field of company law and investment, providing legal services to hundreds of startups in China and Silicon Valley, while representing numerous venture-capital funds. Chen graduated from Peking University with a BS in Biochemistry. He obtained his Master’s degree in Biochemistry and his JD from the University of Iowa. He is admitted to practice in California and is a registered patent attorney.
