Introduction

Guan is senior partner of Beijing Globe-Law Law Firm; a listed lawyer for China’s Ministry of Commerce; a Member of National One-Thousand Lawyer Talents Handling Foreign-Related Matters, designated by China Ministry of Justice; Lawyer Talent Handling Foreign-Related Matters, designated by All China Lawyers Association; and an expert at the National Advisory Centre for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Settlement. He focuses on issues related to WTO, foreign investment, and M&A. He has participated in many WTO dispute settlement cases and represented nearly 100 Chinese companies in trade remedy investigations initiated by other WTO members. He also represented ICC China for the 2019 special 301 review and the 2019 China’s WTO compliance review before United States Trade Representative. He regularly undertakes research projects sponsored by China Law Society and publishes several research papers on related known Chinese and foreign journals. He is frequently invited to give lectures by The PRC Ministry of Commerce, CCPIT, and local departments of commerce.
