Bengaluru-based law firm Mundkur Law Partners (MLP) has merged with Bharucha & Partners. The merged firm has a new logo that reflects the names of senior partner MP Bharucha, partner DP Singh and MLP managing partner Ramanand Mundkur. The name of the firm, however, remains unchanged.
MLP was co-founded by Mundkur and Divya Balagopal. “Ramanand and Divya are an excellent fit,” Bharucha partner Justin Bharucha told India Business Law Journal. “We’ve always looked forward to working with like-minded professionals and the synergy with Ramanand and Divya is fascinating.”
