Based in Asia since 2006, Michael Gagie is regional managing partner, Asia and global head of BVI law practice of Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. Michael practises both BVI and Cayman Islands law, and his experience and areas of practice cover corporate, downstream private equity work, commercial, banking and structured finance.
