Sam Wong

Introduction

Sam Wong, who founded Wang Jing & GH Law Firm in 2008, has won many honours, including China Business Law Awards (2022, 2023), Aviation and Shipping Sector (listed in 2023, 2024 by asialaw Profiles) and others. Wong has been practising law for 21 years and has been engaged in government legal counsel, corporate commercial business, real estate and other fields, and has led more than 40 important urban renewal projects. He has been awarded as “A-List Legal Elite 2019”, “The A-List 2021” (China Business Law Journal), “Up and Coming” 2020 & 2021 (Chambers Asia Pacific), among others. With excellent professional legal services, Wong currently serves as President of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, Deputy to the National People’s Congress of Guangdong Province, Deputy to the National People’s Congress of Guangzhou Municipality, a Member of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and the Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration, and is a Master’s Advisor of Jinan University, Adjunct Professor at the School of Law, South China Normal University, as well as various social positions.
