Thailand’s Chandler Mori Hamada has strengthened its corporate and M&A practice with the appointment of Paveen Khiewvichit as a partner, effective 6 March 2026.
Khiewvichit joins the firm after more than a decade at Linklaters, where he most recently served as counsel.
He possesses more than 20 years of experience in public M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and securities exchange regulation.
Khiewvichit also specialises in advising on share acquisitions, private placements, amalgamations and corporate restructurings, delistings, IPOs and regulatory compliance matters.
