DeHeng Law Offices opened its Hanoi branch on 10 January, marking its fifth Southeast Asian office following branch launches in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Laos in moves aiming to strengthen the firm’s services for Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, and expand its international strategy.

Yang joined DeHeng’s Beijing headquarters in 2016 and was seconded to its Guiyang branch in 2020 as deputy director and managing partner, overseeing the office’s establishment and operations.
Beijing office partner Li Yan and Nanning branch partner Liang Xiaodan are co-heads of the Hanoi office.
