Yang Furong

Introduction

Yang Furong is a senior counsel at Dacheng Law Offices, co-leader of the Dacheng Financial Industry Committee, director of the Dispute Resolution Professional Committee, and director of the Diversified Financial Risk Resolution Research Centre. She is also an Outstanding Expert of the Civil and Administrative Procuratorial Expert Consultation Network of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, and a Hearing Officer of the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate.

Yang has 10 years of procuratorial experience, serving as head of public prosecution and case management departments in Beijing. She is a “Top Public Prosecutor” and core professional in the field, as well as a lecturer for the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s elite public prosecution courses. She has reviewed complex economic and duty-related crimes – including a bribery case at a Ministry of Education-affiliated university; plus high-profile fraud and illegal business cases – and holds a CIA qualification, advising real estate enterprises on internal audits, risk control and core decisions.
