Xie Ruoting

Introduction

Xie Ruoting graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law. She joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2009, and has been a partner since 2014. Xie’s legal practice focuses on complex commercial dispute resolution in areas such as corporate affairs, contract disputes and insurance. Xie has represented clients in hundreds of civil and commercial litigation cases at the Supreme People’s Court and local courts across China, particularly in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, and arbitration commissions such as CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC and SCIAC. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Xie has handled a large number of major, high-profile and complex cases with enormous amounts in claims.

Having outstanding case control ability, risk prediction ability, and a bold yet meticulous handling style, Xie has represented clients who had lost the first trial, but in the second-instance procedure wound up with a winning judgment in favor of the clients, which has earned her high appreciation from her clients.
