Zhang Qiwei

Introduction

Zhang Qiwei is a senior partner at Kangda Law Firm and serves as the legal representative of its Ningbo office. He earned his master’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, he specialises in domestic and overseas listings of Chinese enterprises, M&A, private equity investment, foreign investment and other legal affairs relating to securities and capital markets. He has broad experience in providing legal services for many Chinese enterprises with respect to domestic and overseas listings and has led several investment and M&A projects with substantial value and complicated structures. His clients are from various sectors such as electronic information, telecommunications, fine chemicals, new materials, biopharmaceuticals, automobiles, real estate, construction projects, culture and media. He is a member of the 11th Lawyers Association of Zhejiang’s professional committees on securities and capital markets and M&A, as well as a practical tutor on the Master of Laws at the Law School of Renmin University of China. He was a member of the 11th Lawyers Association of Beijing’s professional committee on private equity funds and equity investment legal affairs.
