Introduction
Gong Lefan is a national speech championship winner, an experienced roadshow coach and a seasoned international attorney. Admitted to practise in both China and the State of New York, he brings 25 years of expertise in M&A and financing transactions, as well as cross-border dispute resolution. Currently a partner at a leading Red-Circle law firm, he also serves as an adjunct professor at East China University of Political Science and Law, and as an adviser at Fudan University and CIEBS.
