Deng Xiaoming

Introduction

Deng Xiaoming mainly engages in commercial dispute resolution, with more than 10 years of experience in handling disputes related to securities, asset management, and shareholders. He has represented clients in various disputes involving securities misrepresentation, liabilities of financial institution managers and custodians, financial asset management, and equities, helping them recover or avoid losses totaling tens of billions of renminbi. He has repeatedly represented listed companies, their directors, supervisors and senior management, private equity funds, and quantitative investment institutions in responding to regulatory investigations and sanctions by the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding misrepresentation, insider trading, and stock market manipulation.

Deng graduated from Renmin University of China (RUC), University of Hong Kong, and University of Pennsylvania. He holds legal practice qualifications in China and the State of New York. He serves as an external masters’ supervisor at RUC.
