Li Jialin

Introduction

Li Jialin graduated from the Law School of Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2008 with a Master of Laws. He is qualified to practice in China. Li has accumulated extensive experience in IPO and domestic and foreign capital market businesses through his tenure at institutions including Xinda Law Firm, Zhong Lun Law Firm and Guosen Securities. He is a senior partner at Xinda Law Firm, bringing nearly 20 years of legal service experience in capital markets, with a focus on corporate restructuring and transformation, domestic and overseas listings, investment and financing, as well as M&A.

Li has been actively involved in numerous listing projects for large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. He has also represented many companies in equity investments and asset acquisitions within the PRC jurisdiction. In the course of these transactions, he has provided clients with comprehensive legal services encompassing transaction structurIng, legal due diligence, issuance of legal opinions on PRC law, and preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
