Jenny Wang

Introduction

Jenny Wang is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices. She also serves as the Lead Partner of the Beijing Office Management Committee and the Head of Merits & Tree’s M&A Department. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Wang has worked at Beijing Jingwei Law Firm and a couple of outstanding international law firms such as Reed Smith and Dewey Ballantine for several years. She has extensive experience on M&A and cross-border transactions, banking and finance, and cross-border dispute resolution.

Wang has advised and represented clients in a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, new-material application, banking, software design, entertainment, media, gaming, hotel, medical device, sports and food industry. She has a deep understanding of various industries and is able to provide high-quality legal services to clients according to the nature of their respective industries.
