Stephen Luo

Introduction

Stephen Luo is a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong, holds a Hong Kong practising solicitor qualification, and has passed the PRC National Legal Qualification Examination. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Shearman & Sterling. Luo was named in Asian Legal Business’s “Asia 40 Under 40” list; and received the ALB China Law Awards honour of “Young Lawyer of the Year”; as well as the A-List Growth Driver 2024 and A-List Rising Stars 2023 from China Business Law Journal. Luo specialises in capital markets and M&A. His recent Hong Kong IPO deals include: Lemo Services; Hebei Haiwei Electronic New Material Technology; Beijing Saimo Technology; and New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc.
