Bai Lin

Introduction

Bai Lin is the founder and managing partner of Rongying Law Firm.

Specialising in complex commercial dispute resolution, Bai has long represented domestic and international clients in arbitration, litigation, enforcement, and investigation proceedings. He has also served as a Chinese legal expert, providing expert opinions to foreign arbitral tribunals and courts. With particular expertise in cross-border matters, Bai was selected for the Chinese Ministry of Justice’s “National List of One Thousand Foreign-Related Legal Talents” in 2018, and currently serves as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

Over his 16-year career, Bai has handled numerous high-profile litigation and arbitration cases and received multiple industry accolades. The firm he leads, Rongying Law Firm, has gained widespread recognition in recent years as a rapidly growing boutique specialising in dispute resolution.

Bai holds degrees from Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Duke University in the US. He has translated and co-authored several books on the practice of cross-border dispute resolution.
