Zhu Xiaodong

Introduction

Zhu Xiaodong is an executive director of Tian Yuan Law Firm, deputy director of the 9th National Bar Association’s civil law professional committee, and an arbitrator for the Beijing Arbitration Commission. He holds qualifications as a Chinese lawyer, an International Registered Financial Planner certified by Accredited Certification International, and an international legal accountant. He obtained a PhD in civil and commercial law in China and an LLM degree overseas.

With extensive experience in both domestic and international dispute resolution, Zhu specialises in handling complex and challenging civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases. He has successfully represented many of these cases before the Supreme People’s Court and various provincial high courts, as well as several commercial arbitration cases in major domestic arbitration commissions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. His cases often involve investment and financing, M&A, shareholder disputes, non-performing assets, and international trade finance, with case amounts reaching hundreds of billions in renminbi.
