Introduction
In his nine years of experience in commercial adjudication at an intermediate court and 25 years in private practice, Wei Dong has specialised in complex commercial dispute resolution. Combining a solid foundation in law with sound professional judgement, he is adept at identifying the essence and key issues of a case, delivering forward-looking solutions at the intersection of law, commerce and international regulation.
Wei has provided long-term legal services to more than 20 central state-owned enterprises, including China Rongtong Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, Dongfang Electric Corporation, China Chengda Engineering, the Dadu River and Sichuan Power companies of China Energy Investment Corporation, and China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group. His work covers compliance management, dispute resolution, and cross-border legal matters involving Belt and Road Initiative projects.
