Song Zhongchun

Introduction

Song Zhongchun is the deputy director of City Development Law Firm and the director of the firm’s Beijing and Tianjin branch offices. He also serves as the vice president of the Construction Industry Sub-council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; a council member of the China Real Estate Association; an expert member of the arbitration and mediation specialised committee of the China Academy of Arbitration Law; the deputy director of real estate specialised committee of the Shanghai Bar Association; and a joint director of the Shanghai Private Equity Association and the vice president of its real estate sub-committee, among other roles. Song has extensive legal practice experience in non-litigation and dispute resolution across construction and real estate, natural resources and infrastructure, and real estate finance. He has been highly recommended by various legal ranking authorities, such as Chambers.

Song has participated in the compilation of many professional books, such as Legal Practice of Infrastructure Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) and Understanding and Application of the Guide to the Hearing of Arbitration Cases on Disputes over General Contracting Contracts for Construction Projects.
