Lou Yaoxiong

Introduction

Lou Yaoxiong is a partner at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. He is an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, a participant in an observer expert group at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), president of the Beijing Communications Legal System Research Association, and a distinguished expert for the telecommunications law drafting group appointed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He graduated from Peking University Law School with a JSD and holds an LLM from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. He has published more than 10 professional works, including Telecommunications Law, Research on Information Law, Jurisprudence, and Restatement of American Telecommunications Law Cases.
