Parag Chaturvedi will bolster Fox & Mandal’s dispute resolution practice group after joining the firm as an associate partner.
With more than 10 years of experience, he specialises in high-stakes arbitration and litigation matters, appearing before the Supreme Court of India and various high courts.
He also represents clients before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Chandigarh Arbitration Centre, Madhya Pradesh Arbitral Tribunal and works on ad-hoc arbitrations. He was previously an associate partner at S Jalan & Co.
Chaturvedi’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing and public utilities, where he has successfully represented clients in complex commercial disputes.
His clients include SPML Infra, Paharpur Cooling Towers, Kolkata Port Trust, Ambuja Neotia, Berger Paints and Simplex Infrastructures, among others.
