Yang Feifei

Introduction

Yang Feifei is a partner at Chance Bridge Law Firm’s financial dispute resolution team, mainly specialising in financial dispute resolution, disposal of non-performing assets and bankruptcy.

He has represented more than 30 large financial institutions, listed companies and large state-owned enterprises in handling various major and difficult cases, and has served as the long-term legal counsel for many top financial institutions. The cumulative value of the cases he has handled has reached nearly RMB300 billion (USD41.37bn), about 15 of which were presented before the Supreme People’s Court.

He has edited or co-authored books such as the 2023 and 2024 Annual Review of Financial Dispute Resolution in China and Reshaping Financial Rules: The Impact of the Civil Code on Financial Business and Responses. He has won a series of awards such as Legal Vision’s “Brand Star in Dispute Resolution: Emerging Lawyer” and “Brand Star in Bankruptcy: Emerging Lawyer” in 2024. Yang graduated from Renmin University of China.
