Introduction

Wu Tingting is a partner at Be Wu & Associates. She also serves as the deputy director of the Beijing Lawyers Association’s legal committee for digital economy and artificial intelligence as well as the young lawyers working committee. She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL).

As a corporate legal counsel, Wu delivers specialised legal services relating to compliance throughout the entire contract life cycle, corporate restructuring and commercial dispute resolution. Her expertise spans commercial real estate, property leasing, e-commerce and data compliance.

Wu has represented clients in corporate litigation including shareholder qualification disputes and liability cases, share repurchase conflicts, as well as various commercial contract disputes. Her litigation experience covers civil and commercial cases adjudicated at all court levels in Beijing and other provincial jurisdictions, along with commercial arbitration cases handled by the Beijing International Arbitration Court and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

As a government legal counsel, Wu provides legal services to ensure compliance in government information disclosure. She is a member of the expert group for a key programme on comprehensive law enforcement personnel training under the Beijing Municipal Committee’s Commission for Law-based Governance. She has been invited to hold courses on government legal counsel practice at CUPL‘s School of Law. Wu has navigated complex challenges in major government emergencies, and has been repeatedly commended by industry regulatory authorities.

With extensive experience in corporate legal practice, Wu has developed systematic problem-solving skills and legal acumen in co-ordinating team resources while working closely with the internal teams of clients.
