Xue Weihua

Introduction

Xue Weihua, a distinguished attorney, holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University Law School. Following his graduation, he commenced his professional career at a prestigious law firm, amassing an impressive 18 years of legal practice. He has previously worked in the Tokyo and Osaka offices of a Japanese international law firm, as well as in two esteemed boutique law firms in mainland China. In early 2022, he joined the Shanghai office of SGLA Law Firm as a senior partner along with his team.

Xue primarily caters to corporate clientele, with his professional practice encompassing the areas of foreign direct investment, equity mergers & acquisitions, employment regulation compliance and commercial dispute resolution.
