Li Weiming

Introduction

Li Weiming mainly engages in corporate governance and compliance, commercial dispute resolution and other legal services in the corporate and commercial fields, leading his team in providing legal consulting services to hundreds of well-known domestic enterprises and listed companies.

Li has participated in corporate governance, equity structure design, equity incentive, enterprise investment and financing projects. He has also completed projects related to corporate criminal compliance rectification, central enterprise compliance system construction, and compliance system publicity and training.

Li participated in the compilation of the Enterprise Contract Legal Risk Management Practice and the Company Legal Counsel Practice Tips and has published many practical articles.

He is a researcher at the Enterprise Legal Risk Management Research Centre of China University of Political Science and Law. He is also a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. He has gained recognition as one of the Rising Stars and Growth Drivers by China Business Law Journal and been awarded the Outstanding Youth of Shanghai Changning District Committee of the Communist Youth League.

Li graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Master of Laws degree and has an EMBA from Fudan University.
