Zhang Haomiao

Introduction

Zhang Haomiao obtained his JD degree (US law) and Master’s degree (Chinese law) at Peking University. He also has a background in computer science and qualification as a patent attorney. His main practice areas are intellectual property litigation and commercial dispute resolution. He has wide litigation experience dealing with complex cases, and good command of court argument and confrontation. He has been awarded Top 15 IP Lawyers; Client Choice: Emerging Partners; and Specially Recommended IP Litigation Lawyer.
