Zhao Jingyu

Introduction

Zhao Jingyu is the managing partner and executive director of administrative affairs at Heilongjiang Dadi Law Firm. He holds a master’s degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Zhao is also the deputy director of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Heilongjiang Overseas Chinese Federation, vice chairman of the Harbin New Social Stratum People’s Association, director of the First Management Work Guidance Committee of the Heilongjiang Bankruptcy Administrator Association, and a master’s practical mentor for law programmes at Northeast Agricultural University, Heilongjiang University and Harbin University of Commerce.

He is a member of the Heilongjiang Foreign-related Talent Pool and has been recognised as an advanced individual in Heilongjiang’s foreign-related legal system construction.

Zhao has served as a legal adviser for government agencies at various levels in Heilongjiang Province and cities, large state-owned enterprises and listed companies. He has provided legal services for the issuance of special bonds to over 200 government agencies and state-owned enterprises within and outside the province.

In addition, Zhao is in charge of foreign-related business at the law firm. He leads an international team and has set up liaison offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg. He has also assisted multiple projects in successfully landing in Harbin in areas such as international trade, settlement with Russia, and investment and mergers and acquisitions by foreign-funded companies.

Zhao has received numerous awards from world-renowned institutions: The restructuring project of the listed company Aoruide Optoelectronics and its subsidiaries was awarded the 2023 Stellar Accolade China Winner by the global legal service rating agency LegalOne and received the LegalOne Merits (Exemplary) rating. In the 2024 The A-List awards of China Business Law Journal, he was honoured as one of the Growth Drivers.
