Fangda advises Yunxi on its exit from investment in Wasu Media at the price of approx. RMB1.914 bln
Fangda Partners represented Hangzhou Yunxi Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Yunxi”) in its exit from investment in Wasu Media Holding Co., Ltd. (“Wasu Media”, stock code: 000156.SZ) by means of agreement-based transfer. Yunxi aggregately transferred approximately 15.47% of its A-share holdings in Wasu Media to Zhejiang Yitong Media Investment Co., Ltd. and Westlake Electronics Group Co., Ltd. at the price of approximately RMB1.914 billion, which was completed in May 2023. Fangda was fully involved in this transaction, including the review and revision of transaction documents, information disclosure of A-share listed company, and etc. The Fangda team was led by corporate partners Leo Lou and Dalin Cong, and team members included Tao Lin.
