Fangda Partners represented Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited (00259.HK) in its sale of controlling stake in Nantong Jianghai Capacitor Co., Ltd. (002484.SZ) to Zhejiang Economy and Construction Investment Co., Ltd., involving a transaction price of approximately RMB 3.2 billion representing 20.02% shares being transferred. The transaction was signed and publicized on March 12, 2024.
