Fangda Partners provided legal services to the State Power Investment Co., Ltd. for the establishment of the CICC-SPIC-Chongqing Jiangkou Energy Infrastructure Green ABS (REITs-like). This project, with China Kangfu International Leasing Co., Ltd. as the original equity owner and China International Capital Co., Ltd. as the underwriter, was established on December 17, 2021 and listed for transfer on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As the first hydropower green REITs-like with a total issuance of RMB 2.088 billion and a coupon rate of 3.79%, which were also rated as AAA securities.
