The fiscal agent, issuing and lodging agent for this project is Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. This project has been issued on November 23 2022.

    Fangda Partners, being the only PRC law firm participated in this project, acted as the fiscal agent, issuing and lodging agent’s PRC legal advisor for the issuance of the Bills.
