On February 22nd, 2023, L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp (“LCAA”, NASDAQ: LCAA), a special purpose acquisition company formed by affiliates of the leading global consumer-focused investment firm L Catterton, and Lotus Technology Inc. (“Lotus Tech”) announced that they have completed business combination. On February 23rd, 2023, Lotus Tech was successfully listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “LOT”. Fangda acted as the PRC legal counsel to LCAA, advising at all stages of the transaction.
