Fangda Partners represented L Catterton Asia in the restructuring and refinancing of US$175,000,000 in principal amount of convertible notes due 2021 issued by Secoo Holding Limited through the issuance of more than US$200 million in guaranteed senior secured note due 2024. The transaction was signed on March 4, 2022 and closed on April 19, 2022. The Fangda team on this deal was led by partner BAO Chen and counsel CHEN Suyin.
