Fangda Partners represented Dongfang Jingyuan Electron Limited (“Dongfang Jingyuan”) in its series C and C+ financing and the investors include but not limited to Nuo Hua Capital, Xin Ding Captial and CGII Fund. The deal was consummated in November, 2022, involving an aggregated transaction amount of approximately RMB1 billion. The Fangda team on this deal was led by corporate partners Xueyan Jiang, and the team members include Ellyn Ai, Xiu Zhang and Teresa Sun. Fangda participated in the whole process of this deal, including the vendor legal due diligence, drafting the transaction documents. Dongfang Jingyuan was established in 2014 and focuses on integrated circuit production management.
