(“Zhongbing Investment”), Founder Securities Investment Co., Ltd. (“Founder Securities Investment “), China Internet Investment Fund (“CII Fund”)) and Zhejiang Manufacturing Fund Partnership(L.P.) (“Zhejiang Manufacturing Fund”) in the equity investment in the series B financing of Beijing Consen Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (“Consen Automation”), the financing of which jointly participated by 15 investors with an aggregate financing amount of RMB 1.505 billion. Among which, the newly-issued registered capital of RMB 71,142,284 was subscribed at a total price of RMB 710 million by China Mobile, Sinopec Capital, National Manufacturing Fund, CEE Investment and Zhongbing Investment, and the registered capital of RMB 30,565,837 was purchased by National Manufacturing Fund, CEE Investment, Huaibei Jianyuan Fund and Zhongbing Investment at a total price of RMB 289 million from the existing shareholders. The transaction was signed in October and November 2022 and closed in December 2022.
