Veteran Market Leader David Blumenfeld to lead Dentons’ Real Estate practice in Asia-Pacific
Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, has recruited David Blumenfeld as Head of Real Estate, Asia-Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, he will lead cross-border investment transactions and work closely with Dentons’ 200+ real estate lawyers in Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Seoul and more than 20 other Dentons’ offices in the Asia-Pacific region.
David’s practice focuses on high-profile real estate investment work and complex cross-border deals for private equity firms, financial institutions, investment banks and other institutional investors investing in China, Japan and other locations in Asia-Pacific. US qualified and based in Asia for over 15 years, he has advised the world’s top international investors and lenders on many of the most significant transactions in the region in the last two decades. He comes to Dentons after chairing the Asia Real Estate practice and the Asia Hospitality practice for Paul Hastings for many years.
Chambers & Partners ranks him with their highest recognition, Eminent Practitioner, for real estate (international firms) in China.
