Meghna Mishra, of Karanjawala & Co, has been elevated to the position of senior partner.
Mishra brings more than 25 years of legal experience and has been with the firm since 2001. She became a partner in 2012, and has since practised at Delhi High Court.
She handles legal matters including contractual disputes, real estate issues, commercial disputes, company law, inheritance, property disputes, matrimonial disputes, and multi-layered arbitration proceedings. In IPR she advises clients on the adoption, protection and enforcement of trademarks and copyright.
