Introduction
Parul is a partner with Kochhar & Co and focuses on projects and financing. Her core areas of expertise include advising various corporates and business groups on construction and development of domestic and international projects, advising foreign and Indian banks and financial institutions on lending for airports, roads, power and other infrastructure projects, structured financing transactions, mezzanine debt structures, real estate financing and stressed assets financing. She has also extensively advised clients on real estate acquisition deals.
