Kaustubh has over 15 years of experience in advising on fund raising transactions across industries including technology, financial services, fintech, real estate and infrastructure, energy, defence, retail, transportation and mobility, and telecommunications and media. He has a keen focus on cross-border matters, including foreign direct investment, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, advising on entry strategies into India and establishing subsidiaries for global corporates. He also advises Indian corporates on global expansion and investments in south east Asia, Europe, Middle East and US markets.
