Introduction

Pallavi Wahi is a US co-managing partner at K&L Gates, covering 24 offices. She serves on the firm’s management committee, as managing partner of the Seattle office, and as co-chair of the India practice.

Pallavi represents clients in complex commercial litigation and works closely with many Fortune 50 and other companies worldwide, representing their interests with an emphasis on corporate and technology issues. She has successfully argued before various tribunals and courts in hearings and at trial. She has represented clients in multiple jurisdictions and cross-border disputes involving commercial and IP issues. She also acts as an adviser and litigator for several clients across a wide range of jurisdictions, countries (including India), and business sectors.

Pallavi is an experienced and well-known litigator in the business community. In 2022, she was appointed to the Seattle branch board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to represent the interests of the 12th district and help the board fulfill its policy and operational responsibilities. She is the immediate past chair of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce board.

Pallavi has been included in the “International A-List” by India Business Law Journal since 2019. She is ranked in Chambers and Partners, Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and has received many awards for her practice excellence and contributions to the legal community. Pallavi has been included in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “Power 100”, spotlighting the 100 most influential business leaders in the Puget Sound area, and named one of the 100 most influential lawyers in the US by editors and writers across The Business Journals’ network of more than 40 publications.

Pallavi grew up in India where she attended college, and speaks fluent Hindi. She is well-versed in the country’s culture and business environment. Pallavi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St Stephen’s College, New Delhi. She also completed her Law Tripos (BA degree) at Magdalene College, Cambridge University in 1999, with an automatic conversion to a Master of Arts.
