Deepak Nambiar is a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren, one of the oldest law firms in the US. He is also the chair of the firm’s highly rated India practice group. He focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial transactions, with a special emphasis on M&A, PE and technology.
As part of his corporate practice, Deepak has worked on several US and cross-border M&A and PE transactions, worth several billion dollars. He has also counselled clients in the formation of JVs and other corporate structures.
As part of his technology and outsourcing practice, Deepak has represented prominent corporations on complex software licensing arrangements and transactions involving the outsourcing of IT and business processes.
