Manan Lahoty specialises in capital markets, with more than 20 years of experience. Over the years, he has advised on some of the largest and most prestigious Indian transactions in the domestic and international capital markets space. In addition, Manan’s practice includes advising on pre-offering corporate restructuring, corporate governance and other securities law matters.

He is qualified to practise in both England and Wales, and India. Prior to joining IndusLaw, he has worked with Shearman & Sterling in London, Amarchand & Mangaldas and L&L Partners.
