Bhushan Shah is a partner at Mansukhlal Hiralal & Co and heads the corporate, securities litigation and white-collar crimes team. He specialises in corporate and commercial transactions such as strategic investments; mergers & acquisitions; joint ventures; and general corporate law advisory. He also regularly advises clients on inbound and outbound investments. His clients include publicly listed entities, multinational conglomerates and regional businesses. He regularly advises and represents SEBI (Regulatory Body for Securities and Commodity Market in India) before the SAT and Supreme Court.

Bhushan has over 15 years experience and is a dual-qualified solicitor from India and the UK. In addition to his India-related expertise, he has also practised law in Singapore.
